Ownership
The Senyan League has announced that from the start of the 2017-18 season, all clubs will have to become majority fan-owned, invoking the 50+1 rule. Organised independant supporters group must be entitled to another 25% of the club, keeping fans firmly in control.
Grounds
All stadiums in the Senyan League must be a minimum of 5,000 capacity from the start of the 2017-18 season, with Top League stadiums requiring a minimum capacity of 15,000. (Though dispensation will be given to clubs in their first season). All clubs must offer at least 10% of their capacity as safe standing areas.
Players
All teams from the 2017-18 season should field a minimum of 6 Senyan players in their 18 man matchday squad, though none will be required to play. Clubs will not be allowed to have more than 3 loaned players in their matchday squad.
