Elwynn hosted a stronger looking Senyan side than the one that won in New Vaduz last week. However, infront of a capacity crowd in Caligae, the Senyans were on the ropes for the opening exchanges, with first Yngvi Miskjalendzki and then Dånjal ut ur Aldin testing Sileman Bɏankarlënœ early on. The champions of Apollonia and Benacia both settled, but the visitors grew dominant as the half went on, with Barnaby Hands forcing Folki Öldrikkari into a spectacular save from a free-kick before Arvið Frå Bakkinon had to clear a looping Jan Maytek header off the line.
The second half started slowly, but burst into life suddenly when substitute Sam Kimsin hit the crossbar twice in 2 minutes, before Miskjalendzki volleyed against the opposite crossbar from close range following a great piece of movement down the wing from Erdasher Lejlunai. Despite Elwynn's best efforts though, it was the Senyans who took the lead, Hands crossing in for Maytek to head home. Elwynn were unlucky not to find an equaliser when Svante Samuelsson forced the keeper into a stunning save late on, but Senya calmly saw off the last couple of minutes to claim a 1-0 win.
