Safiria: Subdivision name changes

I don't recall getting a request in July but I'll take your word for it. That said, I can't put accents in the bank - Erik didn't build it to handle them. What would you like done instead?

Get Erik to make Unicode-compliant software.
Qalani > QA
Anhira > AN
Evari > EV
Kemaxllapa > VR
Shavia > CV
Seivai > SE
Aemaront > UM
And create two new subdivisions: ML and MC.

Ok, done. But please don't do this again - the bank isn't designed for mass changes of subdivisions names, so I have to load a separate form each time to delete each of the old ones and to add each of the new ones.

Oh, so there isn't any modification option and the database is plain latin1... *notes in case it becomes "useful"
