I frankly don't care any more. I did what I needed to do, and now I'm done.

So I understand that you are abusing your admin powers in the interests of Hamland now, and then resign? That's unacceptable.

Well, I dont think you can actually do anything about it. I did exactly what I offered to do. It isnt my fault you chose to ignore the offer.
Edit: Personal feelings aside, I think that this entire episode has given some weight to two main ideas which I think will have an important impact on the future success or failure of the bank's administration. The first of these two ideas is that the administrator should be completely impartial. Preferably, he should have no affiliation with any member nation, or with any organizations affiliated with any member nations. Secondly, the administrator should have a fairly comprehensive understanding of the technical side of the bank. Lacking either, or both of these things, I think that it's somewhat inevitable that there will be at least some degree of disparity regarding overall expectations for members and administration. I do regret that I wasn't able to administer more positively, and to promote actual proactive and beneficial change, and I regret that my actions have hampered relations. That said, this may serve as a valuable learning opportunity. In the end, it's my hope that the bank ultimately still benefits and grows, and that it finds a way to begin succeeding.

I think many of us have learnt a lot during this shameful episode. Let's focus on moving forward. Whatever action has been taken in respect of Stars should be scrutinised and potentially untangled or validated by the next Admin though.
