Good to see that you're still alive
I randomly stumbled across these forums in a day of internettin' and was happy to see that it's still around and even has some familiar faces. I dunno if anyone remembers me - I was an obnoxious teenager back then, so it's probably for the better if you don't. Either way, it's good to see that this ...

Ah, now I remember. It's the Chairman of the Communist Party in Safiria.

"Highness" is used as a formal address for princes/princesses or a member of the dynasty that holds the same rank. "Majesty" is the address for monarchs.CJ Miller wrote:Since when do republics have monarchs?YAN wrote:Your Highness blablabla

Re: Gauging interest for puny micronation
I think you just described Cerulea =P. Which happens to belong to you. But if there is going to be an African nation I'm in. Well, as I have insinuated earlier in the thread, I do not consider this Juabara "my" nation, since I wouldn't have the time to be a leader of such a project at this time - b...

Re: Gauging interest for puny micronation
Great research!
My personal favourite is Juabara. I'd say we should go for something like "Democratic Republic of Juabara" for the full name

Re: [Removal] Imperial Empire
I think it's premature for me and my country to be accused of impatience. That we the land of our western neighbor claimed too quickly in our first application, which is true. But now this rejection and the accusation there, which I find excessive. Don't take it too personally. I think he was speak...

Re: Gauging interest for puny micronation
It would be interesting to base the project on the current state of affairs in Somalia ~ e.g. complete decentralization of government, regional autonomy/secession, inability of a central government to exert power over any meaningful area of the state, piracy, and foreign incursions. By the last ite...

Re: Gauging interest for puny micronation
Not really. From my previous experience with micronations, I have found that a Wiki or similar sort of central for data on nations is a good way to develop culture and keep it orderly. We should consider having one of those.

Re: What can we do about the inactivity?
Yet another good argument for leading a more ruthless policy towards inactive nations or nations that are only semi-active. A lot of nations that don't really do a lot are just sitting there on the map, occupying very interesting pieces of land and doing nothing with it.

Re: Gauging interest for puny micronation
Well, since I don't mind a bit of cotroversy, I'd say that an African culture would be interesting, since that is rarely done as well.

Broadcasting your e-mail address on a publically viewable forum is a baaaad idea.
You should send it to him in a PM instead.

Re: Gauging interest for puny micronation
The concept is a decision for everybody that decides to participate to make - as I said, I do not have a lot of time lately, so it would be a shame for me to actually lead this project and have much say in how shit is practically going to run. I agree that the nation shouldn't be a dictatorship, but...

Either, you need to get a check on who the fuck has admin powers and how they use it, or you need to explain why the MCS forums is a blacklisted website <.<
