I understand Lewis' points, however I smell hypocrisy in this thread. People are saying for Lewis to ignore him, however, the reason he does things which Lewis finds irritating is because nobody annoys him. Everyone is quite happy to argue with him, even a civilised debate will be seen as 'attention...

No, I would say anything other than blatant spam or just... crap, constitutes activity... I wouldn't disregard posts or topics just because they were about someone's favourite cheese or something.

That's exactly why I dislike it, because it's completely individual to each person. What you see as cultural, one of the other councillors or members may think is tat... so there is no concrete answer.

Which is why I disagree wiht it being used as a criteria to judge whether a nation is fit for expansion/la...
