I’ve heard of no instance of land being reserved for future expansions and I would oppose the policy being started now. Like Einhorn said, that sounds a lot like making a claim – either make the now claim, or don’t. The ONLY instance unclaimed land is tied up is if a nation has recented collapsed - ...
