Apologies if this is explained elsewhere, but how does this system determine GDP? How does it determine all of the different variables?

I am the only person who operates Passas. That said, I also am not only Duke Sinclair. If Sinclair wins the award, it will be on behalf of Passas.

I wasn't shining a light on Sinclair. I was shining it on the whole country of Passas. It has experienced tremendous cultural development over the past year, therefore it was eligible for that award.
