Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
Thank you, greatly appreciated!
The version of windows 7 paint is different to the older ones, so I wonder if there's something going on when you open a file made on an old vr. with a new vr, or vice versa. You could perhaps try a different program that uses hex colours

Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
Both the computer at work and my nice new snazzy laptop at home both look the same, and the red really doesn't go well with the dark green, so I'd be great if it could be kept goldy yellow...
You would have thought they could have at least standardised colour output on monitors...

Just tested it out and it definitely isn't... If you're going to have rules keep them consistant.

Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
Yeh, and it clashes too much for Oscland, much more than with Elwynn and Hurmu..

Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
Thank you. What do you mean by colour errors?Craitman wrote: EDIT: Managed to rearrange it so it all fits-in nicely and the national park is shown. I've also corrected all the colour errors in Oscland (changed to the right ones for cities/borders), so those'll all be on next weekend's update...

Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
It is for Oscland, as Oscland is a very nature oriented nation with a lot of its culture based on this premise.
Anyway, I'm very sorry for ever bothering you, you clearly have a very busy schedule.

Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
Doesn't make it okay - Oscland's nature reserves are as important as its cities, but you wouldn't wipe a city of the map...Craitman wrote:It did take priority, hence why Sirocco's claim was reduced accordingly. There's bigger label overlaps on the map, by the way

Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
True, but surely it should be down to the nation in hand to order their text accordingly rather than inpeding on someone else's territory? If the two claims are submitted at the same time, then there's very little they can do about it. Oscland wasn't on the map when they claimed and the name they u...

Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
For example, their text has gone over one of our national parks, completely removing it from the map.

Re: Alexandrian claim
If we say for the sake of arguement that Micras is the Island of Sodor (the setting for "Thomas the Tank Engine") and that Ocia is Percy the emotionally disturbed little blue train. If Percy is quite simply not in the programme any more it doesn't really matter, in the same way that if Ocia were no...

Re: Update 14.5.0 Claims/Paint
Nice, we've got a big ugly block of text across Oscland. Not your fault of course, just inconsiderate of the other. May I request that this somehow gets cleaned up in the next update? A certain amount of overlap is acceptable, but not that much! Also, I've noticed Josh is hardly around now, and has ...

Re: Keltia River
I must state that Oscland's section of the river, which will be the longest section, will not adopt this name, and will be called something relevant to Oscland that represents our culture.
