Socialist and left parties on Micras
I'm just interested to get an idea of all left wing parties on Micras. Hamland has 2 (out of 2). I'd just like to compose a list of people associated so that I know who to contact with these things; Hamland: Hammish Democratic Socialist Party - Marxism, left wing, Democratic Socialism Hamland Nation...

Re: [New forum] Structure of organisation
Inactivity without a justified LOA should be failure.

Re: The Organization of Active Micronations
In reply to the question asked, what was wrong was just sort of a general understanding of eachother's causes. In many ways I feel sometimes that we were both "false" (myself included) in assumptions, but I think that this discussion is a good way to clear up those misconceptions. So the points I ma...

Re: Working on this...
Thanks! :D I posted a couple of stories to the INS, although the images don't appear on the front page :( I must say that it is a community project and I think that any sort of news source that is worth reading has to have a variety of stories from across the community. So I must ask more people to ...

Yeah, I hope to write more when I don't have to write University essays. But I will definitely be posting some things up in the future then

Re: Random thoughts..
On my criticism, I agree on 1-4. It seemed like a structural overhaul of the administration, which I don't think is neccesary. Pretty much what the others have said. But yeah, the rest is alright. I really wish I could build something and not seem to be moaning about doing nothing and doing nothing....

Subjects
I'm interested since you are all university people in what subjects you all do, work around or aspire to do. Unsurprisingly I study Politics and Sociology. Duke J is a Sociology man too. It is a joke in itself that when looking for Sociology jokes online that I failed to find any... Goes to show wha...

Re: Random thoughts..
I'm not starting on you SaiKar when I say what you say is contradictory, it's merely just asking what you meant. They built a hub here and the leadership doesn't care, yet you still take a "if you build it they will come" attitude. I think Artz addressed the problem with this forum at the start, and...

Re: Random thoughts..
I'd agree that the council wasn't doing very well recently compared to how it managed to get along a while ago. But I don't really agree with the solution.

Research and that malarkey
Not really research, but just trying to apply structure and understanding to the micronational community. I suppose that's research of a sort. Anyway, in Hamland we have the "University of New Kirriemuir" where I tend to post long winded articles on micronations. As it is a community wide thing I am...

Re: Random thoughts..
I want to re-iterate the point I make everytime a discussion comes up like this. Before the argument dies, start to implement it. Everytime something like this comes up the discussion dies and is left to rot. I know it is early days, but if there is consensus then there must be some sort of plan to ...

Re: Random thoughts..
Somehow the MCS has done a good job in staying out of domestic affairs and keeping to the mapping. It works out well for the MCS due to the fact that they don't hurt anyone. But it appears that this was to be changed when it became the as-of-yet unnamed place. I feel something well established would...

Contacts!
Want to speak to anyone? Not afraid of some creepy turk taking your man for other means? Like being offered money from nigerian generals? Post some things for us to contact you on here. This is thanks to Artz. Best place to start for making a better community is to have the ability to contact! Phone...
