This is a three-part expansion. And the fourth attempt at posting this because the forum keeps erasing my stuff and instead landing on a login screen instead of posting, so please pardon any bugs.
Part one is the direct result of a sovereign land grant from Sankt Ludwigshafen to the Imperial Federation. The territory around Nordhafen was transferred to the Imperial Federation, which fixed its borders and integrated the area into a core part of the Imperial Federation, with the region's very low population aiding in speedy integration efforts. They reciprocated with a gift: https://micras.org/mwiki/Drachengarten_Ludwigshafen. Raz can confirm.
Part two is modifying the island territories south of Eura. Cities were rebuilt and a minor island at its east was abandoned from lack of use (and to give Daau a bit more breathing room there). (I noticed that some of these didn't make it onto the map. Their claim was previously done here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=11236&p=105264#p105264.)
Part three is similar, with Akuma-Jima's occupation for a variety of strategic reasons during Operation Thunder Drop: https://micras.org/mwiki/Operation_Thunder_Drop and other operations in the Sea of Storms and near Eura. The new area to its north belongs to Suren. I leave labelling to them. Ardy can also confirm.

One island is marked with a yellow circle. It is unclear to me to who it belongs at this moment, so if it is unclaimed, I am willing to include it in this expansion.
