Even with the track record of lacking original development, I'd probably okay a small expansion of theirs. However, this kinda seems like claiming for the sake of it and, to not be cliché, just copying the other territories in that region. I'd much rather see them plug those awkward green gaps bordering their mainland first. NAY...
