Tuesday Resolution Suggestions
The Secretariat would like to solicit suggestions from MTO Members for topics of debate. These topics could be of either global or regional concern. Please present these topics as if they were from one point of view so that the General Assembly may vote FOR or AGAINST it as written. Examples:
The General Assembly will then vote on non-binding resolutions, referred to as "MTO Opinions" in the Treaty. These resolutions require unanimous approval to become an official opinion of the MTO (but not the members). On a MicrasWiki page, the Secretariat will keep a record of how each MTO Member votes to allow for a greater picture of our members' policy stances.
EDIT: Due to my current schedule it's easier for me to start and stop votes on Tuesdays, so that will be the new cycle of debate and vote periods.
The General Assembly of the Micras Treaty Organization declares that all people of Micras should be provided with free juice and bagels at parties.
It is the hope of the Secretariat that these topics will be presented every Monday, so that MTO Members may learn about the domestic and foreign policies of our neighbors on Micras in a central, interactive, forum, outside of the wiki and Discord to allow for longer and measured debates. The Secretariat also hopes this will help develop the policy gaps of MTO Members by suggesting topics that they may not have legislated for or taken a position on.The General Assembly of the Micras Treaty Organization condemns the practice of auto-cannibalism.

This right is enshrined in the Treaty our nations have ratified, and so the Secretariat will present any proposal, without bias or judgement, to the General Assembly.5b. The Secretary-General shall protect and guarantee the right of Members to bring to the attention of the General Assembly any matter which in their opinion may threaten the maintenance of international peace and security.

The People's Republic of Graecia, observing the fact that video games are becoming more and more popular on the Micran youth, would like to propose the following opinion:
Every correction would be welcome; Also, this could also become a MTO treaty. The General Assembly of the Micras Treaty Organisation condemns the use of exessive violent, sexually explicit, harming, or otherwise any kind of content that would harm and shape badly the personality of children and the youth, and any content that is banned for any reason by it's member states.
