In accordance with Article 3 and Article 3b of the Treaty of General Membership to the Micras Treaty Organization, under treaty authority as Deputy Secretary, the General Assembly of the Micras Treaty Organization is hereby called to order.
Member-nations shall declare their presence in this General Assembly.
