Do notice that some nations on Micras already have landed and settled on the moon, though colonising other planets is not allowed.
And to the constellations, yeah, some are slightly silly, but they've also been the most popular

Andreas, had you been around when vehendi was in power you would understand...
Colinising other planets was not allowed but a fight was being waged on colinisation of the moon, it was a sort of space race between new-empire and natopia at one point with both crafts designed and ready to land, New-Empire's was already in geosyncronous orbit of the moon while vehendi was deciding if it should be allowed :p
then vehendi said that there should be an exception and colinisation of the moon be allowed and then we landed... then later on interland joined us :p

I did gather you couldn't do it for a while ...

'Cause its against the rules. The planets and stars are for a-lookin', Micras is for a-claimin'.lachieboy wrote:Meh, why not let a Novatainian land on another planet.

Lachlan, we can lay claim to stars or planets or whatever we want ... MCS just won't recognise it ...

Yeah - feel free to make like Lovely on April 1st and claim everywhere (*stares/glares at Guido and Spangle, one eye apiece*), but no one will recognise it. The Administration Council least of all...

yeah
i made a php system last night. it generates a number of stars between 5750 and 6250, then chooses their coordinates (x between 0 and 3600, y between 0 and 1800) and then chooses their greyscale colour (with more chance of getting 255,255,255 then 254,254,254 and more 254 than 253 etc) then it writes this down on a txt file
then another page creates a black 3600 by 1800 rectangle and puts the correctly coloured dots in the correct coordinates.
i think it chose about 5800 stars
next i have to go through them and make distances or something
then i can use some triganometry to find the coords of the stars and feed them into this 3d programme where all the models are based on txt files.
