Why there is no Cricket Association on Mircas?

Considering we've had some discussions about cricket over the years, but nothing's left in place now, it's probably a case of the former.
However, there are a few of us who are interested in cricket (Craitland and Novatainia used to compete for "The Cinders" ), so there's a market there, albeit small. I'm definitely considering starting a T20 league soon though, once I have a bit more free time
To participate in Micrasian sport, you have to join Micras. You can do this by going posting a topic here entitled "[Name of Nation] claim", and in the post filling out the top form from here.Ahmed wrote:Craitman wrote:If a sport has no organising body around here, it's either due to a lack of popularity or a lack of time, or because there's no viable possibilities of simulating realistic matches. Sonarland would like to join "The Cinders"
Same thing happened in HamlandGordoth wrote:They tried to bring cricket to our school once to make it popular in Scotland. You know your sport has failed when people start using the cricket ball as a football.
My apologies, I must have missed a trick thereCraitman wrote:Keep-up, Barnaby. We've gone through that with him before (not to mention that we've been speaking via email for weeks ). Sonarland's not old enough to claim yet...
