The MCF World T20 Classic I is the first of the newly founded Micras Cricket Federation's showcase tournaments. It will be held at Centurion Cricket Club in Jamestown, Vyktory.
The four nations involved are Vyktory, Craitland, Nova England and Senya. The current MCF Rankings are yet to be decided, but the Google Docs folder is open for viewing.
The three nations involved are invited to post a roster with 6 batsmen, 3 all rounders and 3 bowlers. A batting order with names, ages, player type, batting and bowling hands and bowl type are expected. You need a captain and a wicketkeeper as well.
Once the rosters are up, I will set about to put them into my scoring system (Don Bradman Cricket 14) and simulate the league.
Format:
2 points for a win, 1 for a draw.
1 bonus point every 2 wickets.
1 bonus point for 100 runs, plus 1 more every 50 until 5 bonus points acheived.
Net run rate is used.
Top 2 teams meet in a final.
3 round robins (9 matches total + 1 finals match)
