Due to the recent stagnation of the MCF, it has been decided that all world rankings and tournaments will be cancelled and reset, and the MCF will rebrand to Micras International Cricket.
I will endeavour to create a new format for both the rankings and the world cup.
EDIT 1: We're going for ODIs and Tests, where world rankings will be done using the following formula.
EDIT 2: We're no-longer distinguishing between Major and Minor Series, teams are free to schedule as much as they want.
EDIT 3: ODI World Cup remains with a regional qualifying format. A Test World Championship will be based on two years worth of test rankings with no matches between the main teams.
