[Jinkeai] Teishin operations

After much consideration, the Jingdaoese Army gathered a few of their best aerial experts and established the Teishin, an elite corps of paratroopers, consisting of about 3,010 personnel. Their main goal is to establish bridgeheads, assault enemy lines and strategic objectives in advance of the Armed Forces.

OOC: Just wanted to let you guys know that I established it. They are currently just training in the mountain region of Jinkeai (northern Jingdao).
