Re: [Chryse] Accession to Treaties
Mr Secretary,
Chryse having acceded to the Greater Elwynnese State is no longer an independent member of the Organisation. The duties of Chryse here are assumed by Elwynn.

Re: [Chryse] Accession to Treaties
How will Elwynn honor the will of the MTO membership that voted for Chryse to be the organization's headquarters based on the reasoning that Chryse was an independent city-state, separated from both major power blocs?

Re: [Chryse] Accession to Treaties
Chryse has its own customs area and visa regulations (including visa-free travel for all diplomats accredited with the MTO regardless of nationality). The sanctity of the MTO headquarters is enshrined in law. As such, the city is of little military strategy, and things can go on as usual.
The General Assembly decides on the location of the headquarters. Should the Assembly feel that another location is prudent, it is for the Assembly to make those calls.
