Notes: The HPI is re-claiming original Passasian territory after 11 years of foreign rule in the area. Newvillage was the OG Passasian city, and I'd like to bring it back into the fold.
It's a little fresh since the landswap with Ralgon, but in the intervening days I have completely re-designed the Bassarid market, making it more streamlined and easier to use, and I am in the process of re-organizing the War League. These two projects and their corresponding activity, plus the historical/cultural aspect of the claim should be enough to justify this relatively small, contiguous expansion.

I have to agree with Bijaro's summation of his own activity, consistently one of the most active nations, and this is an expansion that makes sense, given the territory acquired is a peninsula extending down from the current Bassarid controlled lands. AYE.

Overlooking the self-imposed ban on Keltian expansion, I can certainly assume that it wasn't expected for this land to become available! The most logical nation to claim it, and off the back of a recent boost in development. Contiguous too. AYE...

I thoroughly approve of HPI actually extending one of its holdings instead of claiming a new enclave somewhere. AYE.
