Name & Title: André Vales, First Consul of the International Mandate for the Settlements in Apollonia
E-Mail/Contact: pm
Nation: International Mandate for the Settlements in Apollonia
Request:
Notes: The collapse of Krasnocoria has brought Leylstadt in a difficult situation: as it depended upon trade between the two great powers of Apollonia, the demise of one of them led to the destruction of the city state. Located in the barbarian green, and without any income, many of the Duchy were forced to flee westwards.
André Vales, an adventurer who had helped establish Leylstadt through his expeditions, ignored the calls to join his brothers and sisters in subservience. With a smaller, but influential group between 30 000 and 40 000 Leylstadters, he moved eastwards. Eventually, he reached the city of Tiegang: despite the chaos on the continent, it still stood proud against the barbarous Green. Tiegang is ready to serve the world as a new trade hub, for both Raspur and USSO. A place where you're free to gamble, a city with splendour but also a lot of squalor.
In other words: This was not originally planned, but I want to use my pixels for Leylstadt to reform it into the International Mandate for the Settlements in Apollonia. It sees itself as the successor of Leylstadt.

Re: Leylstadt > International Mandate
Needs must, and a reasonable explanation. AYE...
Re: Leylstadt > International Mandate
I don't particularly enjoy Leylstadt's history of moving (this will be its second "move"). There is obviously some sense of backstory for this, which I do like (i really like the artwork involved), and the Arbor/Verionia precedents that I ayed makes me compelled to consider that I must aye this one as well. Aye.
