Re: CKR expansion
The land is some way from the Çakari heartlands and I'm not sure how likely one submarine's chances would be of securing sovereignty over such a distant plot of land when surrounded by Ardy Benacian forces - even if a "reverse Snake Island" incident would be interesting. If we're going to ask that people check with others before making claims that may impede on any plans, I feel that instances like this, where a small enclave is bordered by just one nation, are a prime situation where such prior consultation is best. I'm just not sure I can quite support this one as a result. NAY...

Re: CKR expansion
A much more reasonable taker for the unoccupied land on Leng, and the land gift to Çakaristan smooths out the diplomatic side. I've no objection to the Çakaris gaining those exclaves either as they're much more accessible from their mainland than the original expansion claim. AYE...

Re: CKR expansion
Both countries are active. I could have seen Cakaristan taking over Leng as part of a humanitarian mission (the territory was part of an allied realm, after all). Good to see that both countries have worked out there differences and come to an agreement, however.
