Basically, we're reincorporating the rest of Amokolia back to Elwynn. Amokolia is part of Elwynn and has been since 2011.

I'd prefer to see a response from Amokolian Govt... And I don't want Council Members to go on a diplomatic-like mission just because someone is on an annexing spree.
