As much as I'm not a big fan of nations just getting far flung territories which will likely be used only for national football teams rather than for any substantive political or economic development, I'm just satisfied in this case as this is part of a land swap deal which connects a cut off part of Jingdao to the mainland.

It's a little peculiar - but as the Florian Republic acquired Badawei-Nandao by formal agreement with no maritime conquest narrative required, has a tech level advanced enough for air transport and an implied right of airspace transit through Jingdao as part of the arrangement, I'll lean to an AYE.
