Request:Notes: The purpose of the assassination / uprising narrative in Constancia and the "Iteran Crisis" generally has been to provide a narrative cover for the rebooting of Constancia away from its current unfavourable position, landlocked, blocked to the north and south by a hostile power, and burdened with multiple overseas territories it would struggle to reasonably maintain links to.Spoiler!
To provide for this consolidation Constancia relinquishes the lands around Vey (lost to socialist rebels), Oranje (lost to an uprising of nefarious Micras Balkans) and the two outposts in the Antarctic (forgotten about - everybody starved to death waiting for the supply ship that never came).
Re: CON-solidation
Without wishing to dismiss the narrative groundwork, I am decidedly uncomfortable with the notion of fully relocating one's core territory into largely unclaimed space within a single map edit. An expansion into the new area followed by a later withdrawal from the old would have found my approval, but shifting everything in one iteration compels me to cast a NAY.

Re: CON-solidation
I don't have any issues with nations moving far afield (Craitland did the same in stages years ago), but I can understand Krasniy's objection. I think given that they're rearranging all the other territories under Constancia as well, converging on a more centralised area between the lot, I don't see why not. AYE...

I'm happy enough with this, AYE
Re: CON-solidation
I'm going to have to agree, besides, it's not like they've relocated to a whole new continent entirely, just gone halfway up Eura. Also this centralisation in relation to Raspur and Eklesia I can see as having potentially positive impacts in terms of storylining and development, I'm inclined to vote AYE.Craitman wrote: ↑Mon Nov 05, 2018 4:08 pmI don't have any issues with nations moving far afield (Craitland did the same in stages years ago), but I can understand Krasniy's objection.
