Notes: I am aware of the recent Micras City One project by Ned however this expansion bid has been planned alongside Alperen of Thracistan to ensure that both of us were happy in case anything happened in the future. He may have reserved the land on his claim which clashes with part of my claim however can Ned prove that he can do enough nation development for such a huge claim in such a short space of time. As I am regularly active on discord and that my nation development is substantial, I believe that my claim has a better chance of acceptance. Anyway, feel free to discuss the issue below in this and vote on this eventually.

I don't think I've seen enough internal Florian development since the last expansion to justify gaining this much land, and being "regularly active on discord [sic]" doesn't contribute to national activity, so for now I'm going to have to side with NAY...

I probably won't be able to vote on this, as long as no one has become a Florian citizen without my knowledge. But I would like to know what is actually being voted on, it seems there is an administrative capital symbol in the Green? I'd also say there are other ways for Floria to expand that would make the end result look better and without blocking Pacificonia as much. I'd be less concerned about this expansion if it made the Florian Republic look better on the map without coastline hogging.

If you look closely, Bruswerpen is surrounded by land labelled as "occupied". Can't find an explanation why, but it's not just on the green at least

I agree with Craitman. Sports statistics just don't cut it. Furthermore, I am not convinced of the necessity of this claim for Floria's development and overall narrative.

I would prefer to see some national activity outside of sports for once. Given this claim would potentially block in Pacificonia, I'd have to say NAY. If he wants new cities, he's got plenty of blank land already that can be filled in.
