Could have probably been put through with the original fracturing and have been going on the map like this for the past month. Not much in terms of edits since the initial creation, but other existing vultures are in the same boat. A tentative AYE...

To be fair the original plan was to add it into Elwynn but that failed, so this is presumably the backup option.
As this got to our door quicker than Ransenar's semi-competing claim (on hold or otherwise) and a Skylas-Elsenar union is historically coherent enough,

Just for the sake of the record, has the Imperial Republic of Shireroth consented to this secession? If so, where would that be documented? I do not wish to insinuate that anything fishy is happening, it would be nice to have it established for the sake of precedent.

The situation is at the moment too unclear for me to vote on this. It's not clear whether Shireroth supports this secession. If I see a common declaration by the IRS and VER I will vote in favor. Until then, when pressed, my vote is a NAY.

As Ric's now indicating Shirerithian opposition to this, I'll be flicking my vote to ABSTAIN until he and Jack can cough up a proper unified stance on the matter.
