That wouldn't work, then you'd get 16-ship carrier battle groups with 40 aircraft, whereas someone using a normal air force unit would get only 10 aircraft more. 10 aircraft != 16 ships.Lord_Montague wrote:In the rules of Iehova (shall we call them that? ) Carriers DO come with aircraft included.

even SNARL has used points in every recwar post-circum raynor that I'm aware of...
Where one person = 5 points
25000 troops/5 == 5000 troops = 1 point
25 planes/5 == 5 planes = 1 point
5 battleships/5 == 1 battleship = 1 point
1 battleship = 4 destroyers = 1 point -> /4 = 0.25 points per destroyer.
...and so on.
Where one person = 5 points

Conventional Aircraft Carrier (40-aircraft capacity) = 1.0.
With
Infantryman = 25000
Battletank = 1250
Fighter = 50
Modernized Battleship = 5
Guided Missile Destroyer = 20
Nuclear Attack Submarine = 25
Conventional Attack Submarine = 33
Conventional Aircraft Carrier (40-aircraft capacity) = 5
...but that would be terrifically annoying to someone who, say, wanted a carrier with 20 planes, a battleship and 4 destroyers. (1 point, 2 points, 1 point and 1 point respectively), because they'd have to do all the maths.
