Ok, not all our Orbats are sorted yet, but to make sure we have some up, here are what we know ... These are mainly in their own words.

The Novatican Philharmonic Orchestra (0.0002)
The St Nova’s Chorale (0.0002)
The Rizacktor Symphonic Winds (0.0002)
The Novan Knights are a highly trained group of combat veterans who protect Novatainia and the Duke at all costs. Though traditionally they rode horses, they know go in pairs, each unit riding a Warthog with a mounted machine gun. Alone, they each carry a dagger and a handgun too.
The NISB (Novatainian Information and Security Bureau) agents are trained in assassination, concealment, bomb disarming, computer hacking, crowd control and survival etc.
Troop Carrier planes have no attack use at all, but seat 500.
The Orchestra/Symphonic Winds/Chorale are each costed as one infantry. This is not to devalue the essential contribution of musicians to our modern society, but merely because they have absolutely no military use whatsoever, they are purely for backstory and morale – like an Army band.

Somebody put up a submarine based on the US Virginia Class with 30 VLS launchers when the real Virginia only has 12?
And then of course we have these wonderful ships called Stealth Destroyers based on the Zumwalt with 90 VLS launchers, when the original ship is going to only house 20.
Those ships will be grossly oversized compared to the original and will be most likely entering into higher classes of ship.
As for these undersea pickets, I must protest. They are unfair and outside the realms of normal or even the most advanced technology. I suspect that the pickets will be capable of attacking stealthily without the opposition knowing. This would be impractical as to remote control them they would need cables to the original submarine as radio frequencys and other forms of communication do not work at all well underwater.

Lord Montague makes a number of very good points. No-one is expecting ships 'based on' a RL ship to be _exactly_ the same as said RL ship, but ships and technology of this standard would make a single unit unfairly overpowered. If we're going down this route I may as well go and find myself a Babkhan vanguard, double the size of it and claim it's still just worth one of my 5 points.Lord_Montague wrote:Somebody put up a submarine based on the US Virginia Class with 30 VLS launchers when the real Virginia only has 12?

Thanks Iehova.
With the modifications I have on my ships, its mainly software and removal of things I deem unnecessary and then adding stuff where the removals were made. Also, in regards to subs, I can understand a few more VLS launchers going in because on our subs we've added an extra bulkhead with 4 more VLS tubes in but from 12 to 30 is a bit excessive.

I don't know about the ships but I know they all planned ship mods carefully, so I'll let them come and explain ...
