There is no way out of the war unless you surrender. So Beaugium might go for this:
There is no way they can lose land.
in which case they would lose nothing. At any time, a nation that wants to leave the war can surrender, in which case they lose everything they offered in Step A but are considered at peace with the opposing nations
There is no way they can lose land.

Well, it's easy. All Babs does, if he surrenders unconditionally, is admits that the other side is a superpower. That was the terms. There's nothing actually about a peace treaty.
As Guido said, you can't take land.
EDIT: Here's a better one. Babs, declare that each and every nation on the other side is a superpower disputer.

Who gives a damn what he does? Beaugium's out, it's been beaten, having said that it could take us all on. If it I dunno makes loads of fake accounts or has loads of random n00bs sign up and join the fight and they win because they didn't sign a Treaty, it wouldn't matter, because we've already won.

Who? Jeremy asking for a treaty, or me saying Babs should concede what he offered at step A?
And Guido, since you didn't comment on the post here, can you "judge" the ICBM thing with Monty in our thread. I just can't see how 16 huge missiles can be contained in a standard sub worth only 0.2 if they're as good as Monty says.

Another complaint against Nova. Sorry
Firstly, are EMP devices even allowed in this war?Da.Huntsman wrote:Summery
Air Transports are flying at 30,000 ft
Air Transports drop EMP device over Monty's Carrier
EMP device detonates
All electrical equipment on Monty's ships are now useless for the remainder of the war, or until he hires a Novatainian electrician at $230 per hour.
Secondly, I'd argue that a fleet of warships on active duty at a war footing would notice lumbering transport aircraft coming towards them from across the Novatainian Border and would shoot them down. Besides, transport aircraft are TRANSPORT aircraft. I'd find it hard to legitimise their use as an offensive tool (and I dont find it hard to legitimise most things as Andreas knows) especially because of their relatively low cost.
