Ignoring the defence argument ...
Iehova, what about this compromise? The army at Ziffton is still destroyed. But I (as a person) get to do as Montague did last war when Barcode was in trouble and didn't show up, and swap commands with another commander and redeploy it to his liking. In this case, I'd like to swap with Phoenix - she can manage the survivors in Ziffton, and I take her thing, because I only lost mine through being on LOA ...
I won't even redeploy it as an air unit, I'll just put it as guerillas, missiles and missile defences for each Novatainian city. I don't think I'm cut out for proper non-magical combat, but city defence I can handle. That sound fair?
EDIT: And since we seem to be disputing it in this thread, Enrique, as far as I can tell, Guido ruled that you can say you have as many missiles as you like, but under SNARL, you have to have a commander there that has the missiles in Orbat to use them. You can use terrain and civilians and stuff non-offensively, but since the missiles are very obviously damaging (if defensive) you can't. Which means that Nick's attack is succesful, and his aircraft are undamaged, I believe ... can you repost with suitable damages, and we'll all assume that, when succesful, the planes flew back to their carrier where they are now?

Will do mate, will do ...
It's nice to see someone thinks of the civilians ...
That's if your planes get through my missiles first though ... now, what was it you used against us?
