Ok, Monty, I'll accept ...
Wait a minute, you're reducing the subs, not the missiles, are you? You weren't seriously thinking of doing it again? Yes, they don't have nukes, but I think you're lucky this charter doesn't specifically say no WMD's ...
However, Monty, just because after the first one we can have largely evacuated, and to keep the war going, I'll let you do the totally undercosted attack IF you tell me which ship you are personally on and where.
