This is the final reminder for the Micronational UK Meet in July! Incase you've forgotten, here are the details...

The meet shall be at the MK shopping centre. Theres plenty of cafe's and a few bars ect.. so enough to keep people happy

The exact cafe, 'Lets eat', will be where we'll meet, then we can wander from there if need be. But it allows us to have somewhere to find each other. If you're looking on the map, its just beside BHS.The website contains information on store details, a mini-map, how to get there ect..

The date is the 19th of July, which is a Sunday. And turn up around 12:00am, as at least 3 of us will be there at that time .. so plan your journeys accordingly.

If you think you can/want to get down, please let me know, even if you're only a maybe, cause I don't want us leaving people behind because they're late, if we decide to leave the cafe. If you are headed down on the day and suddenly get stuck in traffic and think you won't be able to get there by 2:00, at the latest, ring/text 07989014799 just to ensure we won't leave without you!

I'll give a final final reminder the day before, just incase .. any chance I could get this stickied 'til then?

And meh.. you know what I mean.. I see no sense on calling a time in the middle of the night AM.. as am (or morning) is supposed to be a time in which one gets up.. and my usual time to wake up is mid-day anyhow, to thats my 'am' as a half protest-type thing.. >.>...<.<.. =P

well if pm is post-meridiem, 12 noon is not after the meridiem



however, guido could easily argue back that am is ante meridiem and 12 is not before the meridiem either.


hence why I referred to it as 12 noon above. 12 noon is easy to understand.

The minute that starts in conjunction with the twelfth hour is, for the most part, part of the afternoon, which is why we do it that way (and obv vice versa for the morning).

It's 12:00 exactly for the shortest possible amount of time. After that, it's always something nanoseconds past 12:00 - after noon

given that it's a rough estimate of the time of arrival though, assuming a normal distribution around 12 noon, the average is exactly on 12noon, nad there is a 50% chance of it beuing morning and 50% chance of it being afteroon

Unless, heaven forbid, everyone feels they're cool enough to be "fashionably late"...

Or I accidently accurately measure the momentum of all the subatomic particles in my sombrero, in which case I will be unable to find their position and hence have to search for it before going.
