Anybody with a good programming knowledge?

I watch the British quiz show pointless, and I have always wanted an online game of it, so my challenge is, can anybody make one?
For those who don't know the format, there are four pairs of contestants at the start. A question is asked, with multiple answers, such as 'Capital Cities beginning with S', and the contestants have to come up with the most obsure answers, scoring the least points. Incorrect answers score the maximum of 100 points, with the target to score a Pointless answer, which gives 0 points. The question is asked to one member of each pair, before being asked to the other member in reverse order. After this round, the highest scoring pair are eliminated, and the points are reset to zero.
In the second round, another question is asked, but this time, a list of answers is put up on the board, with at least one Pointless answer, and one incorrect answer. The order of play is the same as the first round. The contestants choose one of the answers which they think is correct, and the points work in the same way. Sometimes, a list of sub-questions is put up, and contestants have to choose a sub-question, then correctly answer it. This part is difficult to explain, so Youtube is your friend here. Again, the lowest scoring pair are eliminated.
In the third round, the two remaining pairs compete in a best of 3 questions. In this round conferring is allowed, and each pair comes up with one answer. The lower of the two answers wins that question. First pair to win two questions goes to the final.
In the final, the contestants have a choice of three categories, with the question being about the chosen category. They have 60 seconds to come up with three answers, but only win the game if they find a pointless answer. After the 60 seconds are up, the contestants rank their three answers in order of confidence. The least confident answer is put up first, followed by the middle, then the most confident, one at a time. When the score is being shown, the 'Pointless-o-meter' descends much more slowly to add suspense. As soon as a Pointless answer is found, any other answers are no longer necessary. If no Pointless answer is found, the pair don't get the jackpot.
