Welcome to the Hub!
I have to admit I'm not entirely sure what it is you're asking with what else you need. Could you expand more?

We are creating nations, right?
I couldn't find a decent how-to guide on getting started with this forum, so I posted here.

Re: Getting started…
Well start your own forum (even if it's just you), build up a bit of activity for 3 months, then claim on here, put an article on MicrasWiki about your nation, and carry on being active. But you can do whatever you want really, within reason.
Also, this is in the wrong place

In possibly the most simplest of terms, yes.Logan wrote:We are creating nations, right?
However, you won't find such a guide here because, well, there's no single, particular way in which to get a nation off the ground. There's a good amount around if you Google "how to start my own country" (or the like), which could come in handy, but you won't find anything similar here as we're not in the business of telling people how to do things within their own nation.I couldn't find a decent how-to guide on getting started with this forum, so I posted here.
The MCS, which I assume is your primary reason for visiting here, assigns land on the map of Micras to nations which desire it and fulfill the criteria for claiming. Generally, if a nation has an active forum and/or well-edited wiki article (on either MicroWiki or our own MicrasWiki), and is over three months-old, they will be granted land suitable for their activity levels. How the nation was established, or any other factors such as claiming land on Earth, doesn't affect how successful the claim will be
And Joe, I don't think we really have a "right" place as this is a first, really

Re: Getting started…
I thought Micronational Discussion would be better
Re: Getting started…
The best way to start is by talking to people, to find out what this is all about and what role you want to have. Your first decision is whether you want to start a new nation; join an existing nation; or do both! If you have AIM I'll happily chat with you by way of introduction to this mad micronational world we inhabit.
