Motion of no confidence regarding Jack

Mercury would like to motion that the membership of the MCS no longer has confidence in Jack continuing his role on the Council. Jack has shown a blatant disregard for the community standards, conducting himself in a less-than-professional manner, falling far below what we would expect from a person holding the position of Council member. He has resorted to personal attacks against well-respected members of the community, all-the-while insisting that it's the community as a whole that are trying to get rid of him, rather than the other way around.

The question for the vote is "Do you have confidence in Jack's membership of the Council?"

AYE will mean "Yes, I do have confidence"
NAY will mean "No, I do not have confidence"
ABSTAIN will mean "I do not lack the confidence enough to remove him", and will be counted as an AYE vote.

Still think it's a pity. If he hadn't gone all crazy on the forum, I wouldn't have gone along with it. Having him *currently* as part of MCS council would not be good and endanger its credibility.
