A vote has been conducted in Administrative discussion to add a new amendment to the Charter of the Micronational Cartography Society

The proposed amendment was as follows:
11d)The Council of the Micronational Cartography Society (as defined in section 1) shall post their votes on claims by prospective or existing members in the "Administrative Council" sub-forum of the (as of writing, unnamed) forum hosting the Micronational Cartography Society. This sub-forum shall be made viewable to all members and visitors of the MCS as of the date this amendment is enacted and shall remain viewable to all members and visitors indefinitely.
And the result of the vote, in accordance with section 11c of the charter, was
yes_stamp

This amendment shall be added to the charter and the administrative council subforum shall be opened to public viewing.

I even made Spangle open up the admin section on the old MCS forum, was interesting and so very cringe worthy.

Didn't know you had the power to do that. Nor was there any mention about opening the archived forum in the official vote or relevant discussions...

If one part is open.. the rest may as well be. I mean how picky will people have to be to start arguments about something that happened two years ago?

Ok then, I asked him....

And only to open up the 'Finished votes' section, exactly the same as what's been made available on this forum.

Still, different forums, different circumstances - both of which still need official voting to do anything with, of course

Just surprised Spangle didn't check with me about that one, as he seems to with most little tasks he could easily do himself :P

Feel free to go close it then...

Should I expect someone to break into my house and put a bullet in the back of my head because I know the amazing secrets of old council discussion? Or are we all taking, what is essentially a pretend world far to fucking seriously?

Never. Just it's nice to keep the standards of the MCS up, if not our own physical appearances...

Do you mean with 'standards': hold council meetings secret? :P

Not that I really care, but it's perhaps not so bad that this happens. There is, afterall, not so much reason to hold this stuff secret.

Exactly

I'm only opposed to it as I've only ever known it to be invisible to non-Council members and like it that way, but that view got out-voted, so we're now open to all :)
