The Amokolian War
Dear fellow board members et al,
I should like to request a volunteer to serve in the capacity of judge for the war in Amokolia which began between Ashkenatza & Ocia on 21st August 2009.
As mentioned elsewhere, if some benevolent MCS Admin could also create a Preparation & Battlefield Forum for the conflict it would be much appreciated.
Ta.

If Ardy is to judge then I will have to as well. I've been drafted because of my Ocian citizenship. Oh what a lovely war!

Re: The Amokolian War
The way I read it, Ardy is not volunteering to judge; he's asking for someone else to judge.

I think The war should be called "The Great Patriotic War for Liberation from Facsism"

The Nonsense Bloody Quasi-Fascist Argument is a better name.

Rather than worrying about minutae like what egotistic slogan you want to splash all over your OrBats and Operations briefings, why don't you divert your efforts to actually selecting a judge and implementing the RecWar Annunia charter so that we can start up this war that you are so sure you can win? Or are you biting off more than you can chew...I think The war should be called "The Great Patriotic War for Liberation from Facsism"

Calm down there asster. I nominate Andreas the wise to be the judge. I don't know about the name, Kolya recomended the "war for the manumission of the Ashkenatzi people" it has a ring to it.Aster wrote:Rather than worrying about minutae like what egotistic slogan you want to splash all over your OrBats and Operations briefings, why don't you divert your efforts to actually selecting a judge and implementing the RecWar Annunia charter so that we can start up this war that you are so sure you can win? Re: The Amokolian War
I'm not interested in judging, sorry. I don't have the competency, nor the time. I'll help you set up the war, but I can't do more than that.

As a judge, you want people with recwar experience (or, failing that, reasonable understanding of modern military).

Re: The Amokolian War
Well, Ardy has an excellent grasp of modern military tactics and soforth, but as an Ashkenatzim citizen, I don't think that it would really be appropriate.
Ooh! Touché! Purile insults really do bowl me over!asster
