I'm not sure what the situation really is with Amokolia these days.
Last I heard, Daniel Kalirion had declared Amokolian independence from Victoria and had the place annexed to Elwynn, and there's no sign of Jess whatsoever.

Amokolia's annexations got so tedious after a while. Shame that Victoria had to go inactive, I thought Northern Benacia had finally settled down.
