Yes but this isn't the enemy regime ignoring events, this is the enemy regime abdicating its responsibilities - as such it can hardly claim to be in control of its own territory.

As far as I am concerned Gascony is forefit until such time as King Edward returns from his unfeasibly long holiday (teenage dad spends four months with parents of their teenage daughter he got up the duff... huh?).

Well, at the beginning of the war, 'twas said that we were fighting for that island, a prize sort of.

Of course didn't Jeremy have some kind of a claim on it? If so, dandy, just thought I'd mention it.

I'm just greedy. It's my hobby.

We should ciopy this for judical review as a war-related issue, maybe?

At the beginning of the war we thought the war was against New Britannia and that Bosworth and the Nova English were standing in for New Britannia as a proxy. However New Britannia never showed up - therefore the war was exclusively against Bosworth and the Nova English. It is them therefore who should be liable for the consequences of this war.

Perhaps unlike you I get the soap opera version of Edward's life story care of Jeremy. Which of us is to be envied I cannot say.

My life isn't quite a soap opera...day to day it's pretty mundane as most of it is spent doing chores. evidently the situation does need to be explained more as we all seem very interested:

My girlfriend, who is also the mother of my child, lives in the UK with her parents and sister. The rest of her family live in Belgium. After going out with my girlfriend for well over a year and having taken full responsiblity for my child her family have generally accepted me and therefore i'm going with her to say with her family now that we have both finished school.

I'll sort out the war situation either while i'm over in Belgium or when i get back.

Any questions?

does writing style have anything to do with genetics, or is it environmental? you write so much like jeremy it's untrue.

I've a question:
So you're going to:
a. Continue the war from Belgium or
b. Surrender/stop it now.
Right? Because, to be honest, micronational wars tend to have a life span of a couple weeks tops. The Goloni one was very much the exception to the rule ... and so if you're going to be away a couple months and expect to be able to come back and continue where you left after you return ... that ain't gonna happen

I'm 16, was 15 when my daughter was born. Looks like the war has been concluded without me ;)

Right, not being funny, but are you on LOA or not, because the only reason the war has been labelled - not declared - over is because you won't be here. You are actually, here, therefore it should never have been labelled - not declared - over.

The war is not concluded until a final peace settlement has been reached.

I'm only here now because there isn't anything else to do at nearly midnight in a small village, but I won't be here often in the next couple of months from today. The war is over, Shireroth can go and claim the island or rot in hell depending on their preference for all i care.

Then, needless to say, King Edward can be in no position to influence the final settlement regarding the domains he has so manifestly failed to rule.
