The Treaty of Gascony
I'm assuming as Batavia wrote the thing they agree to it although they didn't think to sign it. Presumably if they've yet to sign it they'll turn up at some point in the near future.Peace Treaty of Gascony
The Kingdom of Bosworth and the Kingdom of Batavia shall from now on live together on Micras in peace by the following agreements:
1. That all hostilities between the Kingdom of Bosworth and the Kingdom of Batavia will end immediately.
2. That there shall be no blame to the Kingdom of Bosworth nor the Kingdom of Batavia for this conflict.
3. That the return of any Batavian POWs to the Kingdom of Batavia will happen immediately.
4. That the return of any Bosworthian POWs to the Kingdom of Bosworth will happen immediately.
5. That Batavian Military forces will leave Bosworth at July First 2008 with the exception of the Batavian police force.
6. That the Batavian police force will leave Bosworth at first request after July Second 2008 to make sure that Bosworth police officers can regain control of Bosworth.
7. That this treaty will be active when the Commander of the Batavian Armed Forces and the Commander of the Bosworth Armed Forces have signed it.
Signed for the Kingdom of Bosworth,
His Grace Duke Jeremy of Gascony
Commander Officer of the Bosworthian Armed Forces
Either way i'm just going to go ahead and post this in accordance with the frankly ridiculous article six so it'll be there waiting for July 2nd.
Demand for the immediate withdrawal of all remaining Batavian personnel from the Duchy of Gascony.
All Batavian personnel remaining in the Duchy of Gascony after July 1st 2008 are asked to refrain from leaving their quaters as failure to do so will result in aforementioned persons falling outside of the amnesty awarded to them and they will therefore be subject to immigration controls and may be detained prior to deportation.
Furthermore Bosworthian law forbids non-military personnel carrying firearms and so any such weapons in the posession of Batavian police officers after July 1st 2008 will be confiscated and offenders will be detained prior to deportation in accordance with national law.
Finally all Batavian personnel are to vacate Bosworthian soil by 1am on July 3rd 2008 or, as with the other offences, they will be detained prior to deportation.
Signed,
His Grace Duke Jeremy of Gascony

The Lagerhuis never saw this treaty, so you mustn't assume anything (however I see no real problems with the treaty itself ).
This can't get signed because I'm sure of it that our Lagerhuis will not have the time to approve it (because the elections are just over) before July 1st.
The commander can't sign a peace treaty.
The exception of the military will be no problem, most of the Batavian staff in Gascony are nurses, doctors,...

We haven't organised a treaty, it was Jeroen. Maybe the King has the right to do something like that (I'm not sure) but a general can't. Batavia doesn't exist only out me and Jeroen! Why did you bother organising a treaty based around the 1st July when you knew you wouldn't be able to ratify it before then? It makes no sense.
Haven't you got some sort of emergency protocols? No, I imagine not...
Jeroen has proposed the peace treaty in the Lagerhuis, now voting can start and I hope it gets approved before the first.
Illegal, Jeroen...Hupakee. I want this thing to be over right now.
Some patience please, first the Lagerhuis must vote. But you can see this as temporary peaceHuzzah for peace!

We can stop shooting at each other but until the Lagerhuis didn't approve this (or the motion) there is no official peace and you know it Jeroen.Jeroen wrote:No way.
This treaty is signed, my motion in the Lagerhuis is just to clear some things there. The war for Batavia is over, period.
EDIT: Haven't we reached a majority about this in the Lagerhuis or are we missing some votes to get it approved, Jeroen?
