Re: Arms control
As has been said, putting in those specifics makes it much better! I think it's an awesome thing you're putting out there and aligns perfectly with your new culture.
One question though, when you refer to land mines you define them as "a munition designed to be placed under, on or in close proximity of the ground with the intention of being detonated by the presence or proximity of a human being." Do you mean 'with the intention of being automatically detonated by the presence or proximity of a human being." Shape charges, grenades and claymores are used on the ground, or at body height, and are detonated when people are near by (if timed correctly,) but they have to be manually detonated. Or did you intend to outlaw all anti-personnel explosives?

Re: Arms control
Just proximity mines, because manually denonated devices can be controlled so as to not injure by-standers whereas a proximity mines are by definition indescriminate. Thanks for the feedback

My pleasure. Though I cannot sign it, I am happy to respect it. Not that it'd ever come up considering where we're located on the map, if the situation presents it self, in peace time I'll make a point of avoiding the transport of any of those weapons in your AO.
Also, the provision you put in about allowing a limited number of prohibited weapons for the purpose of training your troops on how to respond to that threat: you learn better from those who know how to use it really well. If you need an instructor or two from one of the Uantirian Guards let me know.
