Micronational website redesigns

So, hi. Long time no speak 
This is Cairney, btw.
I start my second year of uni in a matter of months and the thought has just occurred to me; I have no money.
Therefore I have a proposal, I will redesign and build, or create from scratch your nation's website and/or forum, for a heavily knocked down price.
For those that don't know I designed and built this site and this forum. And even though it was to mixed opinion, that was a long time ago, and my abilities have continued to expand and refine. I've been working with web and graphic design for nearly 4 years now and am currently studying for a degree and hope to actually become a full-time designer.
This would just be the designing and building of your site. I wouldn't be touching your back end ( ), just putting together the website and sending your the zip folder.
I also have a professional knowledge of photoshop, so if you need any logos, headers, signatures or any other type of graphic design, then I will also be able to provide my services.
I won't talk prices just yet as this is more just to gauge interest. Although feel free to say how much you'd want to spend on a website and we can go from there.
