Oldest treaty?
So, after a discussion with the King of Gotzborg, with whose country we've got a treaty signed in February 2005, I've been wondering what's the oldest intermicronational treaty still in force today. Just out of curiosity, I've always liked those little tidbits of useless knowledge.

I think that the oldest Treaty still in force is the Mango-Camel Pact between Babkha and Shireroth dating back from 2003. Stormark's oldest Treaty is also with Shireroth and that Treaty came into force on Apr 13, 2004.

I think High King Harald is right. The treaty was last confirmed in a court case in Shireroth on extradition in April this year (judgment is the last post in the thread).

Its our oldest internally. Not surprised that there is older. The Mango-Camel was old when I was new...and that's OLD!

Like a micronational equivalent of the alliance between England and Portugal (allowing for the occasional hiccup like the Armada and the Fall of Goa... or the stealing of sacred ancestral heirlooms).

Thanks for the info. I kinda suspected it to be a Babkhan or Shirethian treaty - for some reason, I didn't make the logically to be deducted assumption that could be a treaty between Babkha and Shireroth.

Perhaps some of the Treaties which are presumably still in force by which formerly independent nations were annexed to Shireroth?
Blackrock and Hau'oli 'Ena were both independent at one point- the Treaties which annexed them to Shireroth must date back at least to the early 2000s.
