I think there should be a forum for miconational literature,where people can publish there work.Today may know as "Intermiconational literature Day".We sould provide awards to the best song and poem.And there should be a copyright system

We have the International Centre for Micropatriology which is designed for considering all these kind of things. We used to have a separate "Micronational Speech Society" which was an index of speeches, literature and the like, but that's now been included within the ICM's general remit

Plus many micronations have internal functions that do that, such as Uantir's library which has a board just for original work of Uantiri authors.
