Looking To Join A Micronation
I am looking to join a serious micronation, by serious I mean a micronation with dedicated people. I am not really looking to be a part of the government, but more of a citizen and someone that can help build the micronation's economy. I realize that most micronations have no economy to speak of, and I think this should change. I also require that the micronation be active or planning to be active on Netburbia because I feel it is a good place to establish and maintain activity. If you're interested in my contribution contact me!

Can you tell us more about what Netburbia is?
Also, in terms of active economies, there are a few micronations that have such projects underway including Gotzborg, Hamland, and the Brettish Isles, among others that I'm sure are escaping my mind at the moment.

I would suggest Jingdao but not sure you're pure enough.

Hamland is a good place if you like economics. We have looked at developing economies for a while now and have toyed with a number of models. Currently our Prime Minister knows the most about the dominant economic model on Micras. I am also an amateur economist and my models were used once upon a time (albeit no more).
If you like political simulation we also do a fair bit of that. There are a number of different regions within a Federation so there are lots of opportunities to get creative and take charge of developing one.

Or you could try Shireroth. There are tons of places to live in and it's been around for a while, meaning that it has one of the more developed governing systems. I don't mean to push you one way or the other, but the future of Goldshire (a Shirerothian State in which I reside) is promising. Gralus is pretty serious too, but they've been inactive for the most part. Jingdao is a military Junta, which might be fun once you've proven your racial purity and all that. They're all full of pros and cons.
Re: Looking To Join A Micronation
No, we're not a junta, a junta is a word used to describe a dictatorship led by a group of military leaders. The Holy Empire of Jingdao at Sea is ruled by an emperor. The power is much more centralized in one person.

To get back to the subject of this thread: did you found an micronation already, Spike?

I'm actually really curious as to how much this Netburbia thing is truly important to Mr. Spike. He mentioned it as almost a deal breaker, and yet I haven't seen anyone make mention of it in their self promotions. I've never heard of it, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Though, considering my ignorance of it, I can be fairly certain that it doesn't have much of a strong following among this community - again I could be wrong. Taking that under advisement, I would suggest you look strongly at these various nations to gauge how much freedom you would have to act independently and autonomously in that sphere, as you'll likely be bringing whatever nation you join to Netburbia, instead of expanding Netburbia presence of a current micronation. Food for thought.
