The capital of the civilian centre is "Colgrad", after the city which was left in ruins. The military area (and thus the overall area name) is Fort Kolgrad, which is a Senya-fied version as the Senyan alphabet does not have the letter "C". However, the civilian area is mainly a German & English speaking community, so the "C" would be used.

Would it not make sense to Anglicise the name to "Fort Colgrad" then? :P

Military > Civilians

Besides, "Fort Kolgrad" looks better than "Fort Colgrad" :P

That's because "Kol" looks nicer than "Col"
