Greenway is a proposed model nation, based on the United States constitution and amendments as well as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, guaranteeing an open and limited secular government that is representative of the people.

We plan on developing the artificial island on the Rio Grand Rise, a seamount in the southern Atlantic ocean. The coordinates are: lat 31° 0'55.95"S long 35°31'37.95"W

The average depth is 2000-6000 ft.

Admittedly, we tend to have quite a different interest focus around these parts, so you may not receive as enthusiastic a response as you may expect for another project such as Operation Greenway as you would on more secessionist-minded communities. Don't let that put you off though, each to their own and I'm certain the right minds will make this kind of nation work well...

That's an incredibly expensive plan given the depths involved. Even if it was a shallow area, the expense involved would be prohibitive for a micronation of any size. It's an interesting idea to develop such an island, but not one that is reasonably attainable IMO (as a civil engineer).
