Continental drift

Has anyone noticed how the shorelines of Benatia and Apollonia match together like puzzle pieces? And how the North and South island seem to fit together as well? This is when I came up with the Micras Continental Drift Theory. The convection Currents deep in Micras' mantle slowly moves the crust along with it. The convection currents are like a pot of boiling soup, the hot food rises to where the cold air meets, and cools. Once it cools it sinks, heating up again, then repeating the process. The convection currents come from the semi-liquid mantle moving against the liquid outer core of Micras This generates heat convection, which is the main reason why the convection currents move the crust.
The splitting rivers can be explained easily. For example, the Red River is a fault line on the Keltian Plate. A fault line is a crack/and or split on a continental plate. Th Christoph River lies on one of the longest fault lines on Micras, and one of the largest; The Christoph Fault Line. The Christoph Fault line is positioned on the Apollonian plate.

I think any attempt at making sense of Micras is a good idea. Nice job.

I sort of got the impression that Istvanistan, Yardistan, Amity, etc were created by volcanic drift, like the Hawaiian islands. (even though they are probably too large to be caused by that, but it is Micras after all, we can stretch the rules or make them up lol)

I also like that Cibola was never part of Panmicras... lends itself to that continent's "lost continent" origin story nicely.

Heh. Nice.

I once wrote some mythical, religious story about several races (Batavians,...) originating from Airosamente (alike the story of the Tower of Babylon) and eventually spreading throughout the world. It would have made more sense with this theory.

Caplona was drawn so that it should fit right into the southern side of Tapfer.

Overall pretty accurate.
